Next Path of Exile Content Patch Dated and New Effect Microtransactions Today

GGG has told us that tomorrow Path of Exile players can look forward to a new patch update which will include three new microtransation effects to soup-up your game . We are not sure at the moment what  the effects are, but we are expecting an update from GGG. Update: See Spark Spiders…

The big news for the future of the game is that the next major content update is scheduled for 6 March (NZ time) and what we do know is there will be a new skill added and three new unique items. No doubt there will be more additions which will be revealed at some point in the future.

Feel free to speculate on what may be coming in the next major patch in the comments.

  • Anything more specific on the item types or did they just say ‘items’?

  • More skill animations I hope? I have no clue why, cause I’m never huge on “customization features,” but I really dig some of them.

    /Digs in couch cushions, looking for loose change.
